Staff here is Great. Hard working... And Honest. Worth the 1hr45 minute drive for me Tracker the dog, will greet you at the door with a wag and a nudge for a scratch behind his ears.. Tim Taylor found out my car needed repairs, but I would not be around during his regular hours. He went out of his way to make sure this Momma and her child would make it home safely. I have only been in Alberta (Sylvan) a short time. My Jeep Wrangler broke down on me. I called Sylvan Motors. They lined up a tow truck for me and had my Jeep in the shop asap. My inspection will also be done here. If you are looking for outstanding customer service, people you can actually TRUST and fair pricing Bring your vehicle here. My family and myself won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else. They have gained loyal customers. Kudos Tim!
Cost more than estimate. Took ti another shop to repair the repair. Lost my trust.
