They refused me because I don't want to give them access to my bank account I really need this done but after all the waiting and two trips to get it done I get denied because they don't trust anyone and they don't care about my time and gas wasted

This is my second bad experience with the company the first time I went to was in winterhaven and the second 3 seconds ago in Lakewales . As a pregnant woman every experience matters especially when bringing in new life . I believe her name is ALYSSA my ultrasound tech had zero personality, didn’t even let me see the screen I had to ask twice barely told me anything and then I walk out without the photos she told me I would get and she said nothing then I had to ask for them at the front and came out with ONE PHOTO ONE ! Prior to service, they wanted my credit card on file eventhough I have adequate insurance they could bill.
Very nice experience as always! From front desk to technicians!
