I went in on July 18 for my yearly mammogram and, as required, put a card on file for any balance not covered by insurance. I never received a bill or statement from AT Radiology. Then, on August 13, out of nowhere, I got a collection notice for $565.78 from a third-party agency — the first notice of any “balance due.” When I called my insurance, they confirmed AT Radiology only submitted a claim for $126, which was denied in error.
