When i came in i asked for my nails to be taken off for a fresh set guy insisted i just did a refill… i showed him a picture of my nail shape which is coffin and slim i showed him the pic numerous times and as he was doing my nails i told him this isn’t what i wanted… a week later my nails are chipping off paint how does gel chip off worst nails ever
I love love love this place. Tina and her husband go above and beyond for great service. Wonderful beings. !!!!. I always get my eyebrows done and a manicure
If I could give a negative star I would I traveled to come to get a pedicure and let them know I was on my way only to get to a locked door and they said they weren’t taking appts any longer. I called ten minutes before and let them know I was coming. I was a long time customer from years ago but poor customer service and wasting my times goes a long way with me. Won’t support another Asian ran establishment.
Just rude & money hungry. I called this nail salon hours in advance to get a pedicure for my boyfriend and I, just for them to ignore us! The lady on the phone was asking did I want a gel pedicure, do I currently have a gel pedicure and did I need a gel refill and I proceeded to tell this woman no I did not want a gel pedicure nor did I need a refill.
