I have tried this nailery 3 times and was never even seated. Today was the last time for me if you are not a regular customer, you can just forget it. I sat there 15 minutes before even asked what I was getting. Customers came right in and was seated for service while I just sat there. So unpleasant as well as unprofessional…..

Poor customer service. I went there to get my nails done and two of them will put on crooked. I returned. The next day will be that they can rectify the situation and the tech told me she didn’t have time to fix it so I told her I will wait until she is done with her clients so she can fix my nails. As she looked at my nails with such a horrible attitude, gripping my hands, she states the nails aren’t crooked. My fingers aren’t straight. Very rude and unfriendly staff. Very expensive. They do not even do what you request. They are not clean, no place to wash your hands after a manicure. They just spray your hands with watervand alcohol. Never returning there.
