These people are scammers. Stay away from them. They rented houses to sublease, but they will not pay the owner the rent. Homeowners will have to go through a lengthy court eviction process to get the house back.
Scammers, liars, and thieves! Do no rent from them! I rented from them for 5 months and they broke into my room and put everything i owned on the street after my rent was paid. I tried getting back my last month rent and deposit and the only way to contact ATA Properties was by e-mail which they don't respond to. I have a court date to sue him in Small Claims court for $5000 tomorrow.
