I had Meagan Hoover at A Sustainable Mind as a psychiatrist for months. She at first seemed very friendly and concerned about my wellbeing, however her office often did not answer or return phone calls and several times did not refill my prescriptions, causing me to go through withdrawals. One time she had me quit an antidepressant cold-turkey and would not answer any of my phonecalls while I was actively withdrawing and going through a mental health crisis. Absolutely, positively well earned 5 stars. My provider is Jesika Sweet, and after just a single appointment with her, I felt more heard and seen than in years from a provider. She really listened to what I am experiencing and not just a textbook definition of a diagnosis. She worked with me to get my health plan where it needs to be and was responsive when that needed to change a few days later. My daughters and I have been going to Megan Hoover for a couple years now, I can't say enough great things about her. She really takes her time with each of us to grasp the full picture and always gives the best advice. I recommend her to everyone.
