Absolutely, positively well earned 5 stars. My provider is Jesika Sweet, and after just a single appointment with her, I felt more heard and seen than in years from a provider. She really listened to what I am experiencing and not just a textbook definition of a diagnosis. She worked with me to get my health plan where it needs to be and was responsive when that needed to change a few days later.
