Decent place for short term storage. After 2 years of using a sure thing storage I noticed they are very slow to make important repairs but quick to raise the prices. The property has remaind the same for over 15 years so they cant justify raising prices but they still raise the prices.The customer service reps seem like they hate their job and when you call in its like you are bothering them. They have charged my account early at least 6 times causing the system to not take payment and then charge me with a late fee. This p... read more
Decent place for short term storage
It's a shame this only has 5 stars to give! WOW! Easily accessible location, feels very safe even at night, and the ASTS team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Robby from management even helped me unload my truck for an hour when he saw me doing it by myself. Can't say enough good things about ASTS. 10/10 recommended.
Great storage facility tucked away in perfect location right by Van Wilgens Garden Center, will meet anyone's needs
