My Ahrens snowblower just stalled out when I had 6” of snow to clear on 12/5/24. Contacted Ken @ A Superior Small engine repair. He patiently listened to my problem and gave me a few options to check out on my own , before he’d come out. Doing what he recommended I was able to get it back up and running . I was very impressed with his sincerity and honesty and would highly recommend his services. I will certainly be calling him in future. Thanks Ken

Was very up front and identified the issue with my snowblower within an hour.
Took the money and ran! My dad gave Ken money to order for a part needed to repair a riding mower. Haven’t seen the guy since.
Advertises in the paper that he fixes snowblowers and will come to your house. Called him twice, unable to leave message because mailbox is full. He called me back three hours later and asked what my schedule was like. Said he could come Saturday to check it out but his schedule was busy. Told me to leave snowblower in yard if I wasn't home. He would call me in the morning to confirm either way. If he couldnt make it that day he would definitely be able to make it the following Saturday. Never heard from the guy since.
