My first time renting an apartment has been a positive experience. This is my 3rd year here, this company has always been professional, respectful and responsive. I have had no problems or complaints.
I’ve been renting through Superior Property Management for almost 2 years. They’re quite organized and prompt to respond to any issues. They’re keep a good watch on the property seasonally and have great communication throughout the year.
This is my second review. The house we rented was dirty,stinky and not ready for new tenants. After many phone calls and emails some of the problems were addressed. New carpet was installed over a month after moving in. That's great but it meant we were not able to really move our possessions in the house from the garage until the carpet was replaced.
