Unfortunately my overall experience with Superior Property Management was poor. I have rented from various places for over 10 years and have had so great experiences, but I find Superior Property Management to be money driven, bad communication, and unprofessional. The rental market in Central Oregon is brutal, and I was able to find my rental for a reasonable price at first however the appliances are incredibly outdated and failed sometimes. I’ve been with superior for over 6 years.
Absolutely atrocious communication. These people don't know what they're doing, and aren't operating within the laws of renting and Deschutes County. Run far run fast.
Best property management company by far they always respond to maintenance request and other needs as quick as possible.
