High quality local property management in central Oregon. 7 years renting. They take good care of the property and treat our family well. Thanks for the extra care when the heaters went out.
Super disappointed in this operation and ownership. Nice up front and stab you in the back on the way out. I rented for a year from them and they were super nice as I signed the lease and then once I was in they disappeared….that is until they did the old money grab out of the deposit and give you blah blah blah stories. I was actually looking for a property management company to manage our rentals but i wouldn’t want someone treating my tenants like this. Seek better humans to give your money to.
Everyone was very quick to address questions and operated as though they were trying to help not trying to reject. This is different from past property management firms I’ve worked with. Thank you to Norma and Mieke specifically!
I rented from Superior for 4 years. They were always extremely responsive to any question or service request and very friendly. If given the chance again, I would definitely rent a Superior property.
