Well for starters Michelle has to be like the nicest person I've EVER met. She was sweet and patient with me. She listened to what I wanted out of my visit and described, in detail, what the process needed to me. She took her time to make sure I received the perfect session. Loved my hair after and will definitely see her again soon!!!!����
