My HVAC system has not been cooling effectively this year, and peak summer heat is just about to come upon the Valley. So I called up Ara, as he had worked on my system many years ago and I had remembered that he had done a great job. This time he was once again very detailed and patient with diagnosing all the problems with it (e.g. low refrigerant, leak, outdoor fan not running) and made sure that everything was addressed thoroughly within a couple of hours. We have used Ara (Mike) several times at our home in the valley - the first time was summer of '24 when the A/C broke in 100 degree heat waves. After contacting a top company in the valley they advised that most likely our system is old and would need to be replaced. My heart dropped.
