Smooth and easy move in process
The process was easy and they were really nice. I would recommend coming here if you need extra space when your things might not fit.
Absolutely horrible. They raise your rates multiple Times per calendar year. Customer service is crap asked to have district manager call me regarding multi rate increases waited a week called back Was told she said there was no reason to call me back stay away find another storage I’ll be moving out after being a customer for 10+ years
Guillermo was so helpful today! This storage facility has a friendly staff and is very clean. I feel my belongings will be safe here it is very secured. Thank you Nova Storage!
