I recently purchased my first car from a faraway dealership (and made the incredible mistake of not having A Street inspect it before purchase). However, I was lucky enough to go in the following day for a second opinion. I’ll add that they were the only mechanic that would take a same-day appointment. Continuously provide me with great service. They communicate, so that I absolutely know what is going on and give great tips to extend the life and time in between maintenance trips.

Drove from Phoenix to San Diego on a friday. Fuel pump goes out about a mile from the shop. Called A-Street on a Friday night after 6. Scott said he would wait for me to be towed over. Diagnoised the fuel pump issue and repaired it the next day. Allowed me to pick on Sat nite. Totally saved my weekend. The cost was more than expected, then again he is a prime spot, had the best review on the internets, provided me a tow reference, fixed it in one day. Gotto enjoy the rest of the weekend. I used to dread taking my car to a repair shop. As an older woman I was always taken advantage of. NOT ANYMORE! A Street Auto is a family owned business and they take great pride in their work and making customers feel more than satisfied. I have been behind the scenes of many San Diego auto repair shops in my work, and saw them throw away parts that were perfectly good so that a customer would have to buy a new one, as well as many other tricks of the trade.
