Horrible experience. I rented a small unit from US Storage Centers in Las Cruces, NM, a few months ago and have had ongoing issues ever since. I’ve made numerous trips to the facility during normal business hours to meet with management and resolve problems, only to rarely find anyone actually working on site. More often than not, there’s a handwritten sign on the door stating “Be back at [time]—sorry we missed you.” This has happened half a dozen times or more, across mornings, mid-day, and afternoons. One of the worst-managed storage facilities in Las Cruces. This location constantly feels like it’s running on autopilot. Most days, you can drive over during normal business hours and find the office locked with a “back soon” sign on the door. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning or afternoon—staff just aren’t there. Trying to catch someone on site is a waste of time. The units themselves aren’t in good condition either.
