I needed a storage unit ASAP, it was getting late in the day. I was able to get my things put in the storage unit that night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Incompetent and untrustworthy. I reserved and prepaid for a storage unit from a different state but was told that I would receive the gate code when I arrived in person. Fair enough, I can appreciate the security measure. I drove 550 miles and made sure to arrive before they closed on Saturday so I could access the storage unit the following morning.
