Listen!! Miley!!! Made this the easiest part of my move. You cant tell me they are paying this angel enough. You call THEY pick up, no contact center that cant answer anything. You can text her she responds. She was gonna be off one day and texted me her personal cell incase any issues came up. The facility is SPOTLESS! I feel my items are safe there with Miley on the premises. I needed a bigger size, she cleaned a unit out for me to ensure I had it when I needed it. As I done a tour of the property Miley made feel IMPORRANT. She didnt make it about her or the company and what they offered. But made it about me and asked how they could serve me. I felt important
I absolutely loved this storage when I first encountered this business , they had just opened! Always great service and the storage buildings are top notch and very clean. The process can be done entirely online and the monthly payments can be done online! The best storage I’ve used so far! Their prices are some of the lowest around too! S/o to Miley for being a wonderful person, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful. She has made this experience a 10/10 recommend!!!
