Hours are strange but best prices in town.
walked in not expecting much but honestly EVERYTHING was super organized and clean. prices were way better than i thought, definitely going back when i need more space
The gate hours used to be 7am to 7pm but I tried to go yesterday and for some odd reason something told me to just call to double check because I didnt want to get stuck locked inside there and behold they told me 6pm. 7pm is reasonable but 6pm? Most people dont get off work let alone are able to commute, load up their cars and get down there with enough time to unload by 6pm.. so that was a bummer.. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. There are many, many other options that will offer not only more logical access hours, but actual customer service (I went with Storage Outlet in Pomona - WAY better). To start, I was well-aware of the hours listed and fully read the contract given to me upon signing. The last clause reads, "no late exit after 6pm - late exits after 6pm will result in a $50 charge". No problem.
