Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. There are many, many other options that will offer not only more logical access hours, but actual customer service (I went with Storage Outlet in Pomona - WAY better). To start, I was well-aware of the hours listed and fully read the contract given to me upon signing. The last clause reads, "no late exit after 6pm - late exits after 6pm will result in a $50 charge". No problem. This location has been good to us for quite a number of years. However, past managers Carlos as well as Bob & Jere were far more committed, helpful, and understanding managers to those renting than the current one. Perhaps the owner maybe has reduced his/her standard for employees. In addition, the climate controlled units/building are not kept at the cooler temperature as they should be and once were, especially when it is an advertised feature. I’ve used storage units here off and on over the years. It’s very clean and staff is friendly. Carts are provided to help you move your stuff in and out. Unit access hours are convenient too.

I had never rented a storage unit before,but CJ was very helpful through the entire process. CJ took the time to show me all the units and was very efficient and professional. The facility is very clean and secure and gives me peace of mind my belongings are safe. Reasonable pricing as well. Thanks CJ!
