The gate hours used to be 7am to 7pm but I tried to go yesterday and for some odd reason something told me to just call to double check because I didnt want to get stuck locked inside there and behold they told me 6pm. 7pm is reasonable but 6pm? Most people dont get off work let alone are able to commute, load up their cars and get down there with enough time to unload by 6pm.. so that was a bummer.. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. There are many, many other options that will offer not only more logical access hours, but actual customer service (I went with Storage Outlet in Pomona - WAY better). To start, I was well-aware of the hours listed and fully read the contract given to me upon signing. The last clause reads, "no late exit after 6pm - late exits after 6pm will result in a $50 charge". No problem. This location has been good to us for quite a number of years. However, past managers Carlos as well as Bob & Jere were far more committed, helpful, and understanding managers to those renting than the current one. Perhaps the owner maybe has reduced his/her standard for employees. In addition, the climate controlled units/building are not kept at the cooler temperature as they should be and once were, especially when it is an advertised feature. I’ve used storage units here off and on over the years. It’s very clean and staff is friendly. Carts are provided to help you move your stuff in and out. Unit access hours are convenient too.
