I honestly don’t know what experience the one negative reviewer had, but I find it nearly impossible to imagine having a bad experience with Jaime at The Storage Place. In my experience, Jaime goes well beyond what’s expected. Communication is clear, he follows through on what he says he’ll do, and the facility is secure and well run. There’s a reason this place is almost always at full capacity. If you want storage without headaches, excuses, or surprises, this is it.
Great experience
Absolutely the most unprofessional establishment. Spoke with Jamie yesterday about renting a storage unit. Had everything worked out. Showed up today to rent the unit and he had rented it to someone else. I paid a sitter to watch my children, loaded up my car, rode all the way out here to rent this unit only for him to tell me, "Oh well, 1st come 1st served."
