Out of state company bought and raised rent 45% in two months. Site has no sewer dump or security other than a trail camera at the entrance. Not sure what amenities they are charging for.
Great facility to store our boat and RV. Excellent security fencing and a pass code entryway.
We have a storage container. Everything is secure and the site is always clean and attended to. Security cameras locked security gate. Feel very safe with my personal belongings store there.
