I'm in the process of moving from one part of the Portland, Oregon area to another and rented a room in A Storage Place. I found the prices to be outstanding especially the senior discount! Michelle in the office in Newberg is incredibly friendly and helpful! I would recommend A Storage Place to anyone who needs a short or long term room! It is secure, well built and very clean!
If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. I came here to help a family member gather some of their items to pack up to move to her new place. We were leaving right at 8pm when they closed and the person that works here started yelling me at me with my two small children, when all I was doing was helping my family. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend renting a storage with northwest self storage, they are very kind and they are open until 10pm. The staff is great! The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars, is because it's definitely on the expense side.
Clean place but customer service is severely lacking. Trying to update card information is impossible and staff was rude when I expressed my concern with how difficult it was to navigate. Storage fees also go up too often.
