Great service and super fantastic to work with they had everything ready by the time I got there and the office is very clean. Fantastic customer service plus he explained everything very well. I also want to add that Geena was amazing as well. She was at the front desk, she handled everything for us and honestly she just seemed like a very genuine good person. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

Been very happy with the service that has been provided to me. Very reason prices for the units and most importantly I feel total at peace of how secure my possessions are in my storage: 5 star rating from me.

Clean, easy to access storage place. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside is they raised their prices twice in a 6 month period. I think that raising rent more than once a year is a little excessive, for that I took 1 star off. This may be becoming industry standard in Southern California however, to be excellent I think you should reward your customer base. Otherwise, it’s a nice storage place with I think reasonable hours.

I’ve used Storage Place on DeBerry, Grand Terrace twice and they will be my first choice if ever I need a storage again. The staff are very professional, patient, friendly accommodating. Everything is easy and quick. Mike is very helpful as always.
