The facility was nice and clean very affordable the staff had great customer service which something I’m big on if you need assistance they were always available I would recommend this facility to my friends and family

Awesome customer service! I've been with them for 2 years and my property has been safe since I've been with them. I love how they follow up with their customers just to remind us that "payments are due". Sometimes I forget. They're just AMAZING!
I have used this storage company 2x now and the customer service and pricing is great. I paid for a storage unit and when I went to put stuff in I realized the unit was too small. I caught the lady at the desk as she was leaving for her lunch break. She insisted on helping me change units instead of going on lunch. That is great customer service! I will always use this company while I’m in Fayetteville. Definitely recommend
