Shaddy business practice !! Billing issues. No one returns calls in months to explain charges. I agree with the other post saying they charge when they want and make late fees. We haven't had this storage for years and wanted to see paperwork. Sent us to collections without anyone in charge or billing returning our calls. BTW we have excellent credit and now we have to deal with this problem. Very unprofessional !!

This place is awesome. The manager was very polite and showed us 4 different unit sizes before we found one that was perfect for us. He went out of his way to call us back after we called inquiring about storage and his professionalism sold us on the property. After storing with them for 7 months we bought our new home and just moved out last week. The manager was just as polite to us when we moved out as he was to us moving in. Great business practice!
Clean place. The staff is very helpful as well.
