I wouldn’t recommend this facility. The lock I purchased from them opens more than just my unit, which is a major security concern. They significantly increased my monthly rate, I had on autopay for years, and then a card issue which costs me a $20 late fee for my first-ever late payment. As soon as I realized the payment hadn’t gone through, I contacted the office, but instead of showing any understanding or offering a one-time courtesy waiver, I was simply told that I had “opened the email.” That response made it clear tha... read more
