I’ve enjoyed storing my things in this building. One of the best things is having an attentive manager Ivan who I can’t say enough great things about. I feel confident with him running the ship that my things are in good hands. I stored my things in the place he was at before this building was built and was happy to take my business where he was. I would highly recommend this facility to others. I had ongoing great support from Ivan throughout the whole process. Facility was clean, supportive staff with prompt responses, and easy to access.
SECURITY ISSUE FOR ALL UNITS AT THIS LOCATION - My sister, who passed away this week, had 2 units rented for our family “treasures”. I went there today and explained that we had misplaced the keys to the unit and that they were clipped to the rental contract papers that have the gate code written on it. (I know, but grief is dumb). We asked that they change the gate code so no one can access the units. We were told that they can do nothing without a death certificate or a power of attorney.
