Ms Darlene was the best I came in at 4:30 and she went above and beyond to help me
The customer service was horrible. I made a reservation online for an after hours pick up which was for 5 PM on a weekday and they closed at 5 PM but they said it was available to do after hours so I did. But then I get a call at 4:50pm on my pick up day telling me that the after hours is not available and I was in the middle of doing something so I was like well I cannot get there in 10 minutes but I can be there in 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic if someone can just wait I can be there. Darlene was very knowledgeable in her information about the storage unit place. Every question that I asked, she had a definitive answer for and even offered information that I wasn't even aware of.
