This review is about my U-haul rental experience. The staff wasn't customer-service focused or oriented; the associate seemed rude and almost bothered by having to work. The equipment was poorly maintained and not up to standards. Half the lights on my rental didn't work.
I rented a U-haul and the staff were very helpful and made certain that I understood the agreement. I highly recommend this place for all your moving needs.
Great deals and nice units, the only problem I have with it is it closes its gates at 10pm
