I used a coupon that if you rented 3 months one month was free the person i talked to took the coupon and i paid for the three months at the 2 month price they then dod not honor the coupon and never bothered to tell me that they were not going to honor it they said on the forth month that i owed for the last 2 months not my fault the petson did not know and did not tell me. But then they never even bothered to call me to tell me they eould not honor the coupon its crap
