I love the people that work there, WHEN/IF I can get a hold of them. HOWEVER, I started my payment as $140 in June 2024, by December, 2024 it went to $190, now it’s up $253. I feel like that is pretty extreme. I called customer service and she pretty much says it always increases. I talked to the property manager and she said she is going to talk to the higher up since it’s been less than a year and it’s already doubled. So, for a temp place- it’s great.
