We had such a welcoming experience moving into our unit today! The gentleman assisting us with the process was kind and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Bonus points for the Halloween setup and adorable orange tabby, Rascal.
My siblings and I stored my mother’s furniture, kitchen items, paintings and so much more in a large unit for 4.5 years, from the time she moved to from Buffalo to Columbia, until her death in July. The unit was clean at move-in in 2021. We had no rain leakage in the 4.5 years. The facility as a whole is very secure, clean and safe. Pricing is ok, competitive with other storage facilities. We're happy with Storage King! Location was PERFECT for us - only a 2 mile drive from our house. The price was good compared to other places we checked on - definitely take advantage of the online specials. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the overall vibe of the place. It seems to be well maintained. I ended up needing to get a second unit at the last minute and I just went to the office and we got that sorted out quick! Kenny, the manager, is a good guy who will treat you right!
