Rental process was easy online, and they called me back to see if I had any questions.
Property manager is LOVELY SEEET and soooo helpful and kind

I’ve rented here for a year. The first few months were around $160/month. It then went up to $211. I was now notified it went up to $311. If you plan to rent more than a couple months, choose another facility. It’s a total pain to move everything due to doubling the rate in 12 months.
Lovely management that gave us a wonderful unit .
