Horrible Experience, incredibly poor customer service from James the new manager, when I brought to his attention the discrepancy in hours change. He was incredibly dismissive, walking away and was not willing to come to an amicable dissolve. I have been a customer at this facility, for 3 years under Kia and never experienced this level of disrespect. Leadership professional development is needed. DO NOT PATRONIZE. Hours of operation online do not align with hours on window and when they decide to open.
Beware !!! I just want to share and thank the manager Kia for her willingness attitude to go above & beyond to accommodate every customer I've seen her interact with and her being attentive to addressing my concerns that I have/had. This business would not operate or run as smoothly and effectively as it does if it wasn't for great employees still existing in a world where customer service is pretty much non-existent.
