Felicia was very patient and polite. It had been over a week from the time I reserved the unit and until I put something in it. Therefore, I forgot the unit number, and she took her time and walked me to my unit and showed me how to put the cylinder lock on. A very pleasant experience.
Very clean and modern location the storage units looked brand new and James did an exceptional job helping me out. Thank you.
First time storage user and the property manager James made the process easy to understand. And also the property manager James is easy on the eyes ladies lol. But the for real James was kind and professional. I highly recommend this location in Lauderhill if you are in need of a storage unit.
