My experience with this storage facility was extremely disappointing. What frustrated me the most was the lack of clear communication. If your facility has policies regarding prohibited items, those policies should be explained in plain, specific language so customers fully understand what is and isn’t allowed. I had a terrible experience at A+ Storage. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful, they acted like I was bothering them and had no interest in providing decent customer service. On top of that, the entire facility smelled like mold, which made me seriously question how well the units are maintained and whether my belongings would be safe there. My experience with A+ storage has been pleasant to say the least. James who seems like he lives there is a genuine nice guy. I had to change storage units for a bigger size and did so on the spot. He was training a new employee Tanika (I hope that's corect) whom was also very lovely. This family owned business makes you feel like you are now a part of the family.
The property manager James was awesome and very helpful.
