I have used A. Steven before and thought they were pretty good & reliable. However, my feeling have now changed. They worked my boiler yesterday and it shut off this morning again. When I called them back the emergency on call technician was very rude and short! He called me back saying he would have to charge me to come back out. I called another plumbing company which came and explained what was happening and how to prevent it and was a lot cheaper than A. Steven.
I am very pleased with the service today. VJ and his assistant came over to evaluate why my heat was not working Immediately after a minute of examining VJ informed me what the problem was i was showed the problem He explained what needed to be done And replaced the parts and the system fired right up. I highly recommend them Professional and very neat work Thank you
