Let me just start off by saying I tried my hardest to work with these people before coming to make a review on here about my situation. I would advise anyone to steer clear from working with this program they say they cater to Cumberland County/ Salem County I live in Cumberland County they provide transportation but will not for my son because "we are out of network" when a child that lived in this exact residence previously got transportation no problem or issues they discriminate and pick and choose who they will cater to... read more
The bus comes for me around 8:40- 8:45. Today they showed up at 8:01 with no heads up they were coming 40 mins early. Called me once and when I didn't answer immediately left even though I was calling them back 3 mins after their call they couldn't answer my call to let me know what was going on but they emphasize communication if you don't answer the phone for them. Seems very one sided. When I called the main office to finally find out what was going on with the bus they didn't care that they showed up over 40 mins early. ... read more
This program worked great for both of my children. The therapist are very educated and they showed my so many ways to deal with my kids behaviors. It's an amazing place to send your behavior child.
