Great experience will use again. Highly recommend!! Jordan Wynn was great. He went over all the repairs needed and tried to save me money when he could. He went into my attic and assessed the damage and what was needed to fix it. He also helped me select a new solar vent for my house which save on my electricity bill. All his help was greatly appreciated.
A step Above Roofing has been great. Steve Moseley is the one I worked with and he helped me in everyway possible. Had troubles with my insurance company and after many hours of fighting with them then Steve came in took over (as well as Ashley in their office) with dealing with the insurance company. It was wonderful not having to deal with the insurance company. They helped with the leaking roof, shingles and repaired the ceiling in a bedroom. Respect consent and do not solicit at houses that have obvious no soliciting and no tresspassing signs everywhere. I have you on camera reading this sign, which is one of the 5 I have there, and then choosing to ignore it. Edit: In response to the reply, there is no hail damage on my roof whatsoever. My roof was completely replaced, very recently. "Offering services" is called SOLICITING, which I clearly do not want happening at my house, hence the signs, everywhere, saying exactly that.
Jordan Wynn came out have us an estimate and set everything up for us. We will use them again. We had a couple small issue’s and they came out immediately and took care of it. 100% would recommend.
