I would recommend A Step Above Roofing & Construction to anyone that needs a new roof, gutters or siding. Steven Moseley went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. He is a good man. We had a few hiccups along the way but A Step Above didn't hesitate to send workers back out to make it right for us whenever needed. The owner Josh, is a very pleasant man and was very knowledgeable when dealing with our insurance.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work on my roof. This company goes above and beyond in keeping you informed every step of the way which was exactly what foreman Steve Moseley did; he made sure that I was updated on the process and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Office representative Kayleigh did a wonderful job in handling the insurance claim and kept me informed. A step above went ABOVE and beyond our expectations. Every detail of the process, and the job were reviewed with us as they went. The roof, gutters, vents all replaced, additional vents added at no additional cost to us. There was damage to a door and fence. Both were replaced, repainted, all as the roof was being replaced. I recently had my roof redone by A Step Above Roofing, Steve Moseley was wonderful he explained what was needed and what it entailed, he worked with my insurance and my adjuster.. Don’t recommend this company. Jordan Wynn came out for a roof/chimney leak detection. I told him I’d already had flashing replaced twice and wanted an opinion. He was confident he knew what it was and when I told him I was skeptical paying out more money he guranteed the fix. They sealed up and went on their way. I called him back up to 5 times because it wasn’t fixed. At the end he claimed I had multiple leaks and they fixed the ones they saw. There was no multiple leaks ever. So they took my money and patched up everything... read more
