Called to have a roof turbine vent replaced. They were very prompt and courteous. Had it replaced by the end of the same day. Would highly recommend.
We had a hail storm come through in the fall and it messed up our roof, gutters and siding. We didn’t really have a plan to have it fixed or who to even call until Robert and the A Step Above crew came strolling down our driveway. It was seamless and they were lightning fast! About 7 days after the bid the job was done and completed in 1 Day! A small army of workers, each with their own functions got to work at 7:30 am, by 4:30 pm workers were using magnetic sweepers to pick up any nails. This was all 1st class and I am very pleased with the outcome. My house is 2500 sq ft or 42 Squares. The bid was equal to my lowest bid in 2023. I would be happy to talk to anyone interested who has more questions.
