Very poor management. Driveway has huge holes where when it rains our driveway is completely flooded. Empty promises. Very nasty to associate with. I attached just some of the pictures of what condition she rented this house to us in.
Very poor management. Very poor upkeep of properties. Could have easily contracted a yard crew and added to rent. Promised two years. Snuck one year into the lease. Very nasty and unwilling to work with you. Expects her level of cleanliness. Poor reviews across the board. House was in poor shape and management tried to blame it on us. Promised multiple things to be fixed including fence. I recommend young couples and families stay far away. We lived at 4750 McIntosh off of proctor.
