We have several dogs, and after some accidents on our new carpet, we were in search of a professional to help remove the pet odors and stains. Hunter arrived on time, was very friendly, and did an excellent job working with us. i had a tough pet urine stain on my white carpet and was really worried about it. i reached out for help, and they arrived promptly. they even called to let me know they would be 15 minutes late due to traffic, which is understandable in chelsea. when they got there, they did an amazing job! every trace of the stain disappeared. they took the time to explain their process, which was fascinating—using enzymes and all sorts of techniques. i can't recommend their carpet cleaning service highly enough!
