DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They left my hallways smelling absolutely foul. They scheduled an appointment to come out and re do the cleaning and no one showed up all day. They then offered to come out the following day or give us a $150 refund. Never came, never gave a refund. This is a scam do not use this company.
I called recently to schedule a carpet cleaning and learned the companies had merged. I was a little unsure at first because I have used other carpet cleaning services before and usually ended up disappointed. A Step Above Carpet Cleaners cleaned the carpets throughout our house before we moved in, and the results were excellent. Jude charged a fair price and worked hard on several deep, stubborn stains.
