This shop opened in 1999 Vincennes first Tattoo shop I have been going there for all my body art since then .May, is a registered professional nurse who has been tattooing for nineteen years. this is a family owned business their son Jeff also tattoos, and does excellent work. Excellent place to go! I went to another shop for my first tattoo and that experience was horrible! I went to A Spot of Ink and they fixed my first tattoo and gave me another. They were very clean, very nice, and fun! My tattoo from them turned out great! I will recomend this shop to everyone! I wont be going anywhere else! Awesome place to go!!
Dont go here. they gave me and my girlfriend tattoos and had us come back 2 times for our touch ups and we still havent gotten them, they look really bad. they only do 2 a day 1 day a week. they also messed up on her piercing and now she has 2 holes. After 2 trips to there store (several miles away) after promised appointment they refused to give either of us our touch up. total unsatisfied with both my tattoos from them.
Went to Spot of Ink for my second tat, 4 stars down my right shoulder blade to mirror the ones on the left. Spot of Inks stars looks like my nephew drew them...not what i saw when looking at the transfer on my back..Goin to Alter Image to see if theres anything they can do
I went here in Aug. 2010 to get my 1st "professional" tattoo & it looks like a child did it!! When I went in there it was just a home made tattoo that was a star that wasnt colored it. (should have left it alone, it look better before this shop touched it) I told them I wanted it straightened up and THEN colored in. They didnt straighten it all they did was colored it in and went over the outline. It wasnt even colored in all the way. I explained very well of what and how I wanted it. I have been going to Spot for for like 10 years...got ink, piercings..no problems..very pleased with everything and everyone. Very clean and sterile. THE friendliest people on the planet. Trust them so much i took my daughter there for her first piercing and tattoo...and believe me, i wouldnt have EVEN CONSIDERED taking her anywhere but Spot of Ink. For us, its Spot or nothing.
This place is absolutely amazing! great work done, great and friendly employees! they always take care of your needs! I have never had a bad experience here! I have got all my work done here, piercings and tattoos. I highly recomend this place to anyone that asks me where to go. Keep up the great business!
