A Splendor Senior Living has very friendly and attentive staff members who truly care about the residents. The leadership team and caregivers go above and beyond to take care of the residents’ needs 24/7. The facility has a warm, home-like feel. I would recommend Splendor to my loved ones.
I found Splendor Senior Living online and I went there for a visit to obtain information for my family member. The person that handles new residents was not in and I was told someone would call me. I waited a few days with no response so I called and talked to the person at the front desk. She apologized and I was told the manager would be notified and someone would contact me. It's been about two weeks and no one has contacted me.
