Please review the pics. My Man ordered 98.00 worth of flowers this is what I received. This is crazy, nor did I receive the card or balloon. When I called she tried to make up an excuse that it was because it was an online order. To take an order of $100 and only send $20 worth of flowers is fraudulent practices. Beware of this company, you’ll be better off going with Becky’s (Hampton)or Pollards (Newport News). When you use online FTD make sure you request to NOT use this florist!!! Got a beautiful bouquet done for a friend’s birthday. Never knew this florist was so close to my home. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I walked out beaming knowing my friend would love the flowers. Added a balloon and was happy with the cost of everything. I would definitely recommend this florist and will be using it as my go to.
