While they delivery was as you expected, the quality of the flowers was poor. Upon delivery, the flowers appeared as if the were 5 days beyond opening. At the price they charge there are other's who deserve my business. I called this florist, and was meet with no resolution. I will not be a return customer.
There flowers are trash. Bought my mother in law a bouquet of flowers for her 87th birthday and the bouquet we received was not what we purchased. When we called they gave me rhw run around. I was told when you order on line that you really don't get the actual bouquet its just a picture to get you to purchase something. They were very rude and but they made another one witch still wasn't wat we ordered. I hope they get it together because I will never order anything from them. Please review the pics. My Man ordered 98.00 worth of flowers this is what I received. This is crazy, nor did I receive the card or balloon. When I called she tried to make up an excuse that it was because it was an online order. To take an order of $100 and only send $20 worth of flowers is fraudulent practices. Beware of this company, you’ll be better off going with Becky’s (Hampton)or Pollards (Newport News). When you use online FTD make sure you request to NOT use this florist!!!
