Price was reasonable for climate controlled.. Rental of the storage unit was fast and convenient. Great customer service. The move in would have been great ….. but.. they only supply 1 cart per bldg and I had a 20ft Uhaul truck to empty which took a lot of time The customer service continued after move in, which was very nice.. I would have given 5 stars if they supplied additional carts….

I’ve been renting a storage unit at FreeUp Storage for several years now and never had any problems whatsoever. Mike their onsite manager goes above and beyond to help me when I need it and it’s really appreciated.
