Unfortunately I couldn't give less than one star. I have rented a unit for about 1 year and the business was quick to meet with me, sign a contract and take my money. That's where the customer service ended. When you call A Space Place, you will receive a recording directing you to a line for existing or new customers. If you select the line for an existing customer you will be forwarded to another line and directed to leave a message. I had to give it one star to write a review. IMHO it doesnt even rate one star.The business was quick to meet with me, sign a contract and take my money but thats where the customer service ended.This business takes the term "Low Overhead" to a new extreme.They do not send out renewal notices or reminders, so if you misplace your rental contract, you will be in Limbo until you locate it. Let me tell you why...They have an answering machine that picks up when you call their number, it will ask you if you are a new or existing... read more
Poor Customer Service – I have rented a unit for about 1 year. The business was quick to meet with me, sign a contract and take my money. That's where the customer service ends. They give new meaning to the term "Low Overhead". A Space Place does not send out renewal reminders, you are on your own and god forbid you misplace your rental contract as I did because you will be in limbo until you can locate it.
