I rented a 10x15 storage unit here in January of 2025. The rental cost was $ 133.47/mo. A year and a half later, with the new increase, the cost is now $261.62/mo. The price nearly doubled in 20 months! Currently, on their website, I see that I can rent a 10x20 unit for $200.00/mo. Be cautious of the introductory rates; once your belongings are stored, they systematically increase the rent incrementally, knowing that you may not want to deal with the hassle of finding another unit and moving everything again.
Kinda of hard to comment on something when I haven't even been inside the gates yet.
The property manager is very efficient! I'm only given them four stars because they're not a 24 hour property. But outside of that is a very clean place very well kept.
