Great customer service at CubeSmart in Beacon Falls! Xiomara was very kind, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated her assistance and would definitely recommend this location.
Xiomara me brindo buen servicio
All was okay until the rates went up on me dramatically and I am a good paying customer with two units. Ridiculous pricing.
Thankful to be out Rent went up several times during the roughly 6 months I stored here Be careful storing furniture, the non-climate-controlled units have a bad moisture problem. That’s almost expected though. Same with bugs, they clearly don’t have a pest control system, seal everything as best as you can. I bought a few things from the office, and a DampRid container was filled with dead bugs.
The agent, Laura was very patient and helpful in getting us the unit we needed. She made the move in process seem less.
