Your reply confirmed the lack of professionalism and accountability. No one ever mentioned a repaint, that’s a lie! The paint is fine; the service was not. The car was shown in the dark, I wasn't happy, I couldn’t see how bad the job was until I got home. No clay bar or polish was done. Old mate Titi was covered in mud and the boys did an A1 A spa job. nice one lads! saved my back and spared some beer time for the weekend. yeh mate.
Gotta say they did great work. Service was worth the price. Both interior and exterior was done very well. Also the experience with the staff was nice.
[EDIT: A more serious issue that I missed in my initial review] I had my car serviced with the Full Detail package this past Saturday. While I initially left a review mentioning my dissatisfaction with the external detailing, I did not mention something more serious at the time because I wasn’t completely sure and didn’t want to make a false accusation.
