Joshua was great. Buying a wheelchair was so user friendly. Looked into buying a wheelchair locally, but there were too many hoops to go through. I’m an Occupational Therapist and have a number of local contacts, but after contacting Southwest Medical and discussing the wheelchair build with Joshua, it was a no brainer. Haven’t received the chair yet (newly purchased), but so far the process and communication has been great!
