Purchased a rollator for my Grandmother, then my Mother there. And when I needed one I went there for mine. So knowledgeable and helpful. It was already assembled when I got there. Now I need to replace the pouch under the seat so I will be going there soon again. I also rented a wheelchair from them for a couple of months and was so surprised at how cheap the rental price was per week. No contracts and if anything went wrong you just had to stop by. Incredible place. Thank you guys for so many years of service.

Roxsanne was a delight to work with and she helped me find the parts needed for my wheelchair, going the extra mile to decipher the wheelchair diagram with me on the phone. So far they have always been able to find the parts I need to keep my wheelchair going!

Excellent customer service. Returns handled quickly and efficiently. I've ordered many many items to maintain a used wheelchair and a spare wheelchair and these folks keep up with my demand of supplies. Thank you Southwest.

I dreaded ordering a new much needed wheelchair for my husband because I knew it would be my responsibility for getting it right. Joshua Dickerson was a godsend! From the very first he listened to me (very patiently), and walked me through this process. I don’t know why I was worried! My husband and I are so happy with his wheelchair and with Joshua!
