I give this company five stars. Joshua was very easy to deal with knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company ask for Joshua Dickerson. He was amazing. Will definitely use them in the future.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful employees here. I needed to get a walker for my mom and the employees were so friendly and knowledgeable. The moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Southwest Medical had such a great selection and made this experience easy for me. I would highly recommend them! Rhonda was extremely helpful on the phone too!

Joshua went above and beyond to assist my organization when we encountered an issue with an ordered product. To clarify, this was not an issue caused by SW Medical & Rehab but by the product's manufacturer. Regardless, Joshua did an amazing job of supporting our assistance request and keeping us looped in.
