Customer support rep Joshua was very helpful with placing a custom part order for my Tilite ZRA chair. I've seen the same part for slightly less online, but his expertise and knowledge of the chair and Tilite's order process was more than worth the difference. I'm confident I'll get the right part in the right size.

I have had two experiences with Southwest Medical involving ordering replacement parts for a wheelchair. The first time I dealt with Charlie and recently with Josh. Getting the right part is crucial to a repair and they are excellent at ensuring that you get exactly what you need. They are friendly and VERY helpful. The DME business is not known for good customer service. These two employees at Southwest Medical are the best!

I give this company five stars. Joshua was very easy to deal with knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company ask for Joshua Dickerson. He was amazing. Will definitely use them in the future.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful employees here. I needed to get a walker for my mom and the employees were so friendly and knowledgeable. The moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Southwest Medical had such a great selection and made this experience easy for me. I would highly recommend them! Rhonda was extremely helpful on the phone too!
