I have been using a southern land title company or the majority of our clients for years. Dottie Black does a fantastic job being that she is probably the only local in person live title representative in MooreCounty. She has an in-house attorney and is always extremely quick to answer questions, return phone calls, return emails or do whatever is needed to support the agents in our office as well as our clients. She is extremely supportive and competent and we are blessed to have her and this other land title in our market.
