Roger and Vince did a great job repairing my water heater through my home warranty. They were professional, friendly, and completed the repair quickly. They explained what needed to be fixed and made the process easy. I appreciate their quality work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
Warning! Do NOT use this company. My home repair company sent them to repair a jetted tub back in July 2025. The owner arrived with his technician. Although he was friendly, he charged me an extra fee to have the motor tested. Upon returning to install the motor, his technician cracked one of the panels on my tub and wasn’t going to tell me. Shady! I went to look at the tub as they were getting to leave and saw that it was broken. The owner apologized and said he’d look for a replacement and promised to fix it. Long story sh... read more
Roger and Ben were amazing! This was my second service through Choice Warranty, and both times they were very honest, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent service. I’m very grateful!
This company is horrible. They even lied to the warranty company about the repair. I ended up calling choice warranty and requested a different technician. This claim was ongoing since June and Roger is totally unreliable. I wish there was a zero star.
Needed work done on tub and made a claim thru choice. Roger had to come out twice to complete job only because he had to get a certain part.Both times showed up when they said they would be here on time. Roger is professional and does his job great! Will use him again if needed!
