The employees are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! Very helpful and really took the time to help us pick the right shoe for my son!
Shout out to Gael who is a superstar staff member. He's super experienced and knowledgeable! He helped me figure out what kind of shoe works for me and my feet, types of insoles and even socks after doing an eval. Dude is the man! Amazing employee of an amazing shoe store. This guy needs to be promoted. Left me with a great impression of the company! Thanks again!
The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. No sales pressure. They go out of their way to make sure you get the right product. They even have a tread mill to try out the shoe. Top quality.
Struggling to get the door open and thru it with pain and a cane and three men staring and just watching behind the desk.I should have turned around and left but I needed a pair of shoes badly and you had one pair in stock so I bought it. After buying the shoes the person opened the door for me and I kindly said, that would have been nice to do when you saw me struggling to get in. No response. Won’t be back.
Update 5.22.25 The last 2 times I tried to use their online store I received an order confirmation but then nothing was ever shipped. I had to call them and remind them of the first order which they refunded. There has not been a resolution to my most recent online order. If you go to the store you'll have a great time. I would avoid using their website for anything. Minus one star for their online store being poor. Best running store in California. Been buying shoes here for almost 30 years.
