The hygienist are so kind and it’s a beautiful office. However I cannot recommend this place. The wait is long and I have been charged for procedures that I was not informed about. Though it was made right billing is hard to get hold of and it takes a lot of energy to make bills correct. Lastly the work I had done was not done well and it has caused a negative impact on my oral heath. I am switching dental offices because I don’t feel well cared for.
This is by far the most caring, knowledgeable, approachable, gentle and amazing dentistry! I absolutely recommend this clinic for the experience and exceptionally patient care. You feel like you are family the minute you enter the beautiful, cozy and inviting office. Everyone is great but Anna is the most amazing and caring individual. My boyfriend and I were patients and we both had extensive work completed by dr T and team. I've been a patient at Smiling Heart Dentistry for the last 8 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They have the most caring, professional and welcoming team. I had some really bad dental experiences in the past and the Smiling Heart crew completely cured my dentist phobia. Their new office is so peaceful and relaxing that it feels like a SPA.
A Dental office with SPA and ZEN interiors. Dr. T, hygienists and office staff are professional, efficient and courteous (this review has been long overdue). They know you by name, and you're greeted the moment you walk in. I won't reveal the rest but you will have to visit them to find out more pleasant surprises, you will leave your visits happy and smiling when you walk out ;). 😁The team was incredible and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. My favorite assistant was Petia who totally made the experience so positive! I felt so lucky to have her ease my nervousness!
We have been coming to A Smiling Heart Dentistry for over 4 years. Dr. Tigran and his staff are friendly, gentle, and most importantly we feel comfortable throughout the appointment. They take the time to be caring of our variety teeth issues. We always be able to schedule an appointment that works with our schedule. We are thrilled with the services they provided. We're glad to find a great dentist in the neighborhood.
