Both kids in braces and these guys are so accommodating and professional
There are so many good things I can say about this amazing clinic but my top three are: 1- the clinic is really clean when I walking in I smell a not a strong bleach or cleaning supplies its a nice kind of Fragrance smell but its also really clean 2- There employees are really caring and supportive. The front dest people will always greet you will a smile on their face and are so kind. I have braces right now from Smile by Design. I think that smile by design is a great braces place for children and adults. All of the employees are very kind and thoughtful especially Doctor Phillis. I have only had braces for about six months so far and I have already seen a big difference.
We found the financial aspect of this office to be less than honest nor were we satisfied with the service. The Dr. was rough and ended up making my mouth bleed terribly. I do not ever want to return to this office.
