My experience during my appointment was alright, some weird things to note are that you’re in a big room with a semi circle of reclining chairs and they do everyone’s teeth in the same room. I thought that was weird. Overall appointment scheduling was fine. 1 star because I went to the dentist on Monday July 6th. They numbed me for a cleaning which was odd to me but I’m no dentist. BE CAREFUL! Be sure to check your EOB because this office is known for over charging and not refunding the overpayment. I have been calling Cynthia for a year about the overpayment and she will not return my call so now it's time to file a complaint with the attorney General and the Dental Board and anyone else who will listen. I gave two star for the dentist because she was good but not for the almost $200 extra I was charged.
Weird place, they took me and another lady back to get x-rays at the same time. You get your teeth cleaned in one big room with everyone else. They have a semi-circle of dental chairs and cleaning stations in one open room. I said I was allergic to latex and I think the lady who cleaned my teeth used latex gloves because the inside of my lips/gums feel numb and bumpy (this is the day after, exactly 24 hrs later and my mouth feels really weird). So, I initially visited this dentist office with a female dentist. She was incredibly kind and patient. She applied the numbing gel because I was hesitant about getting a shot. She was understanding and friendly throughout the procedure. However, during my second visit for a deep cleaning, I encountered a male dentist who was extremely rude and impatient.
