The service is terribly slow. They do very poorly with children and honestly don’t do anything for a cleaning besides spray some water in their mouth and charge a lot of money. It took three of their employees just to figure out how to process my daughters paperwork.
First time visiting this office, booked an appointment & it’s been 40 plus minutes & no one has called my son named nor checked on us. I asked one of the ladies at the front desk how long before my son’s name is called & she couldn’t even tell me. I hate I gave this office a chance.
I called every day for a week straight, left voicemails, filled out the request for an appointment online, and even had the Alpharetta office send emails on my behalf to make an appointment and I got zero response.
Little girl brought us back from waiting room just to have us sit in a corner staring at the wall for a half hour by the patient chairs. Doctors and nurses ect walking past us not even putting us in the room. What was the point of bringing us out of the waiting room just for us to sit in another corner and wait to be forgotten about. Tacky. I'm never coming back here again.
