Dana at a Smile 4 U was absolutely incredible! I have a two year old that does not normally love the dentist but because of Dana she was so comfortable and did not shed a tear! Thank you so much Dana! UPDATE - I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now ! Every time I call about it I get told I’ll have someone call you back and that never happens ! I don’t understand why this is so difficult!

I arrived at 9:25AM one hour early as directed for my 10:40AM appointment to fill out paper work. Which was literally 5 pages. I was charged $60 for the chlorhexidine prior to coming to the back only for it to be offered for free in the second waiting area. My child was not Called to the back until 12:30PM only to wait in another waiting room to go over medications for post opp. Appointment was not complete until almost 3:00PM. Friendly staff

Horrible. They loose information, have actually even mixed up my child’s records with others, screw up appointments, try to use outdated info, have limited & inconvenient apt, never available via phone, right hand doesn’t speak to the left hand, do not return calls & are generally the most incompetent dental group I’ve ever seen from the front end to the back end. Don't take your child here for a sick visit. They're too overwhelmed with basic dental care appointments to spend time with a child in pain, answer her questions adequately, and MOST IMPORTANTLY tell her what to do to prevent this from happening again. Yes they prescribed a treatment but we still don't know the cause or what to avoid from now on.
