I walked to the what I thought was the front but walked around to finally to see the front. There was I think 11 people in there it was extremely hard to hear your name when everybody is talking but it was ok. The workers were ok the place does need a cleaning and fresh paint as well as the bathroom. Got seen and the doctor said they are trying to replicate my pain which was extremely odd. Overall not a bad experience so I give it a 3.
Walked in to book an appointment Thursday for an annual / routine cleaning. Confirmed the appointment on Friday. Arrived for the appointment Monday morning only to be told they couldn’t service my daughter because it takes 48 hours to verify PPO insurance. Never in my life have I been told it takes 2 days to verify insurance. If anything, you sign a waiver stating you are responsible for what insurance doesn't cover. Yesterday was our first experience with Smile 4U, we just moved here from out of state and I was so nervous we wouldn’t be able to find a dentist like our last one and I didn’t read the reviews until AFTER I made the appointment. I’m so glad I took a chance!! I took all 3 of my kiddos in ranging in age from 15-4 and I couldn’t possibly have asked for a better experience! My daughter was a new patient who had an appointment at 9am. We arrived on time. We sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before they brought her to the back. We then sat in a room until 10am, another 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Not one person came into the room; no X-rays, NOTHING! I would never recommend them.
Dana at a Smile 4 U was absolutely incredible! I have a two year old that does not normally love the dentist but because of Dana she was so comfortable and did not shed a tear! Thank you so much Dana! UPDATE - I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now ! Every time I call about it I get told I’ll have someone call you back and that never happens ! I don’t understand why this is so difficult!
