I spent thousands of dollars at Silvestri: concrete benches, planters, pots, a bird bath, two 3-seater sofas and chairs. One pot developed several large cracks soon after it was delivered. Sandra Silvestri said I could return the pot for a new one but then stopped responding to my calls. I wanted to buy more furniture and additional cushions after some rodent damage; again, she did not return my calls. Seems that Sandra was happy to sell me products until I had an issue, then she wanted nothing to do with me.
